Are you using dnsdb by any chance? To really find out what is going on,

The very thorough and extensive documentation seems to have lost all the
very useful anchor tags that allowed linking to the exact part of the
chapter in question. Was this a deliberate move, or just a side effect
of moving to a new documentation production chain?
