I don't have a problem sending to Kebba's own address:
Bit slow. 29 sec portal to portal, and more typical QT and DT are sub
one second to around 6 seconds. (Second entry is a cross-box IMAP 'Sent'
folder router/transport).
OTOH... while Gambia is not the closest of destinations from Hong Kong,
and this server had no reason to have any route info cached...
.. neither did it reach him at the same IP as either of the two he's
having the problems with.
