If you mean the tarball:
It is; release-process/scripts/mk_exim_release.pl using the
doc/doc-docbook/ files.
If you mean the checksums:
zsh% openssl sha -sha256 *~*.asc
(zsh extended glob, foo~bar is "matches foo but not bar")
