Not sure if it's the right component...

I make the 'maildir_use_size_file' option expandable. It should not break any
existing configuration. Until now it was just 'bool', not it is still usable
as bool (with the no_ prefix).

The logic how to do it I copied from the 'more' option.

Having this option expandable avoids configuring different almost identical
transports (having the only difference in the 'maildir_use_size_file' option).
