I have uploaded Exim 4.75 RC1 to:

This shall be principally a stabilisation release. The last couple of
releases were a little hurried, so 4.75 will be mostly bug-fixes.

The files are signed with the PGP key 0x3903637F, which has a uid
"Phil Pennock <pdp@???>". Please use your own discretion in
assessing what trust paths you might have to this uid.
We are trying out a new release policy, semi-formalised, for the 4.75
release. Please review:

(which currently has my name as the last revisor of the wiki page).
This document lays out what we expect to happen for the release process,
what the timeline is, and what happens for platforms where people do or
do not provide RC feedback.
In addition to email feedback, please consider updating:

to confirm RC testing for your platform; if you are not the official
OS package maintainer, please mark yourself as a "User"; my name is in
for one platform as an example.

Per the proposed draft release policy, it will be *at least* one week
until the final Exim 4.75 release.
