explanation about maildir_size_tag

Hello,

even it is clearly written how the maildir_tag option is used and how a colon
is prepended if the value does not start with an alphanumeric character, I'd
recommend to put some more explanation here. (I think, it follows the style of
the spec, being a good information resource.)
