Okay, definitely a bug, definitely a severe problem, but not severe enough to
hold up the 4.74 release unless we find a fix RSN, since when configured
"correctly", logging works. It's just far too easy to now configure Exim
"incorrectly" and we really need to account for that, since logs should always
reflect reality.
I'll look into this to see if I can solve it in time for 4.74, as an RC2.
