I have an additional change which modifies the ABI and bumps the magic number,
so as to add reporting information to the modules, for diagnostics -- otherwise
we will get people using modules from the wrong version of Exim and not picking
up fixes and then complaining that things are broken.
I need to push out an Exim 4.74 release RSN. I was going to hold off pushing
that ABI change, but on reflection I think it's better to have one ABI from the
first release of Exim with module support, rather than change just one version
later. So I'm going to go ahead and push that shortly.
