In my notes, I have a wishlist item/idea: implement smtp_dotcrlf_delay:

        smtp_dotcrlf_delay (time, default 0s)
        Postfix has: smtp_pix_workaround_delay_time (default 10s)
          Before final ., flush output then sleep, then proceed

We should have this.
