I have released PCRE 8.12 and put it in the usual place:

There are no changes (apart from the version number) to the code of the
library or the C++ wrapper. I am putting out this release because it
fixes a number of bugs in the pcregrep program, one of which caused the
tests to fail on 64-bit big-endian systems because the --match-limit
and --recursion-limit options were broken in that environment.
