Okay, problem isolated and solved.
I forgot that the code I wrote which introduced va_copy() went into 4.72, not
as one of the changes pending since then, and you were noting 4.72, not the
recently issued 4.73-RC. Reading comprehension fail on my part.
Because of problems on other similarly aged systems, David Woodhouse already
removed the va_copy() usage from 4.73. [va_copy() is a C99-ism and it's only
2010]
Can you please either try whatever RC is the most recently announced when you
read this, or patch in David's fix (not guaranteed to be clean, but I'd think
it should apply)?
