[pcre-dev] A Patch for pcre compile by Borland/Codegear/EMB …

 Hi:
     This is a patch for pcre 8.11,I wan't to it easy used for Borland C++ Users,and I tested under c++ builder 2007,Maybe the team can make it in the distribution.
     To use this patch,may be need change the borland c++ path in the makebcc.bat,which named as BORLAND.
