Haven't looked at the changelog yet, but I built RC1 in Msys/minGW on
Windows; it passed the RunTest.bat tests, and our application's test
suite. We recently resolved a longstanding problem where we were unable
to use the callout feature. According to the developer, it required a
change in calling convention to STDCALL, for that functionality.
Everything else has been working fine for years however its normally
done for a shared library Windows. Our callouts last worked in Windows
XP with 7.1, while the latest that worked in Win2K was 7.0 (which was
actually when callouts were first enabled in our app).
