It does. But what if you need other functions from mem.h, which should result
in the same error? You always had to add using std::xy just because of this
error, which I would rather say is a bug with BCB 6, which is unsupported
anyway todays. Wouldn't it be better to use my original patch to document that
this is a strange behaviour of BCB 6 and doesn't need you to always think of
adding using std::xy?
