[pcre-dev] libpcre Evaluation: Preliminaries - Please reply

Dear Libpcre library Team,

I am interested in evaluating Libpcre Version 8.10. Before being able to move forward, please provide the following information:

1.      What is the export classification number (i.e., ECCN) of libpcre 8.10 software ?
2.      Whether or not the libpcre 8.10 technology is exportable to/from the source country without a license?
