[exim] Retry limit exceeded with BDB.

Hi.

Looking at geximon, I'm noticing the

Berkeley DB error: __fop_file_setup: Retry limit (100) exceeded

What could this mean? I'm not familiar with how Exim uses BDB, so some
input would be welcome.
