[exim] defining smtp reply code

Moin,
I would like to temporary defer incoming mails for some user with 4xx.
Therefor I would like to set it the exact smtp code via defer in acl_smtp_rcpt.
I didn't find the right way to set the smtp reply code via defer.
How can I achieve this?
