I'd check your knowledge of CIDR notation...

Here's what you're saying:

If you say "Match anything in the 10.10.10.0 network with the first 24
bits as network bits" it works.
However, if you say "Match anything in the 10.10.10.15 network with the
first 24 bits ans network bits" it doesn't work.

that's because 10.10.10.15 w/ netmask 255.255.255.0 isn't a network
address.
