[exim] virus scanning

Hi,

I want to setup virus scanning with exim, and so I used the ACL that comes
with exim.
It works great using clamv as virus scanning engine.
My problem is having virus check done smtp time may slow down incomming
connection and really don't want to suffer this.
Is there a way to setup virus checking after queue and silently drop
infected message?
