freebsd 7.3-stable

with 4.72 has pwchk gotten even harder than doing

make -DWITH_PWCHECK

in pkgtools.conf, i have

'mail/exim' => 'WITH_SASLAUTHD=yes WITH_SPF=yes WITH_PWCHECK=yes WITHOUT_NIS=yes',

but the 4.72 install killed folk sending with TLS to 465.
