There's a possible future enhancement, which I'm more and more thinking will be
necessary to avoid confusion: we can add a bool_lax{} expansion condition,
which uses the looser definition of truth that the condition test uses -- go
for truthiness, rather than a traditional truth.
Then adjust the readconf.c router logic to use bool_lax{} instead of bool{}.
And then perhaps use for server_advertise_condition and client_condition in
Authenticators too.
Thoughts?
