We now have dlfunc to call C functions from any point in the code, and both
those functions and the local_scan function have access to Exim ACL variables.
Between the two of these, this feature request has been more than implemented,
in everything except the precise calling convention. Especially since
local_scan has access to expand_string().
If you have a prepackaged scanner function but don't want to use it exactly
as-is, you can write a wrapper function to use instead
As such, I'm deeming this FIXED.
