First two are a wontfix, the third is interesting, as it ties into what I just
suggested in
http://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=272 - to make queue_only an
expanded string. With queue_run_condition expanded too, that's quite flexible.
Renaming to better find this.
