As you will see from the Bugzilla chatter I have opened up 2 bugs
(988 & 989) for the 2 issues.

988 - mbox delivery issue - I have applied the suggested patch
989 - MBX locking - this is less straight forward

Any good suggestions as to how to tackle this?

Do we know if anyone is using MBX?
