Yes. There is an expansion variable telling you the incoming port
($received_port). And an other variable telling you the incoming
interface ($received_ip_address).
Based on this you can have different sets of ACL.
acl_check_rcpt: <here some expansion based on your $received_port and
$received_ip_address>
