[PATCH] pdkim: null terminate new strings

If sig->headers is NULL while signing, headernames->str is never
null terminated in pdkim_feed_finish().

Instead of attempting to fix all existing/future uses of empty
strings, null terminate all new strings in pdkim_strnew().
