[exim] Comprehensive list of "safe" Spamfighting Exim ACLs

Hello all,
Are there any resources on the web that maintain (or curate) a list of the
safe Exim ACLs to screen out spammers with checks on HELO etc? A list that
is intended to be used as a checklist for anyone setting up a standard in
house MTA for an office.
