It is in my experience of junk mails from all around the world including
from the poorer countries in Asia and South America.
Other rejected words in MX host names are:
dial
dynamic
static
pool
user
broadband
Some are 'deny' and others are 'defer'.
Daily monitoring of the rejection log means I can respond to negative
effects of well-meant anti-spam defences.
