I found your lookup and de-listing form and sent it through for
automatic de-listing.

The IP was 218.214.70.24 and is now listed as "Uses QUIT", "NOBL" which
I assume is ok. It still wont be able to send to the server as I haven't
moved the rejection of backscatterer.org bounce messages in DATA yet.
