You haven't been flamed, not really; just a gentle toasting at most.
After all everyone told you the answer as well as suggesting means of
finding it in the various sources of documentation.

If `man exim` doesn't show you the manual, there's either something
wrong with your installation or something wrong with your man
configuration. But `man exim` in Google works too.

If you built from source, you might have looked for the documentation in
the source package too: `cd /usr/src/exim-4.71/`

And there's still something wrong with your SpamAssassin settings:

SpamAssassin is being run twice on your outbound messages, with wildly
different results, and one of them's plain wrong. I think you need to
work on that.
