Indeed, it would have been the first place I looked after the paper book
I keep by the project author. However despite building it from source
and assuming to have included the documentation I found this:
man exim
No manual entry for exim
I would have RTFM looking for a fix to it, but as it was missing I
thought 'I'll ask those helpful people on the list, I'm sure they won't
do the postfix thing and flame me for the question....'
