My pager isn't receiving email-based pages because of this issue. Often, the
there will be a single page, and then subsequent pages don't get sent. This is
a serious problem for us.

I haven't seen anything that might be related except for similar error warnings
about permissions issues. I don't think this is a permissions problem as mail
delivery works most of the time.


We run this on an Ubuntu Jaunty server with exim v. 4.69

There is also an accompanying paniclog which reiterates the failure to create
spool files because the file exists.
