It's just that... and no more. For local domains the log further
states:
Mar 15 18:41:56 mxin001 exim-mxin[75625]: 2010-03-15 18:41:56
H=(gmail.com) [123.7.X.X] F=<albertholderriedcaii@???>
rejected RCPT <user@???>: no such address here
However for domains whith external MX exim logs nothing more...
