I've always just used the following without issue (except that Outlook
has issues if it's not advertised before TLS in whatever combination I
had way back when)
server_advertise_condition = ${if def:tls_cipher }
Apart from that .. are you doing STARTTLS before checking that the
authenticators are advertised?
