Due to a typo(?) in pdkim.c, $dkim_key_testing is never set to 1.

As stated in the RFC the t= flag can contain y, s or a combination therof
(y:s).
However, in the code it's tested for 's' and 't', which is wrong.

Attached patch fixes this.

On a side not... I'm not sure if the code allows for both the y and s (y:s)
being set. My C(++) skills are abominal.
