Looks fine to me:

You should be using zen.spamhaus.org now anyway...

That shouldn't be correct. If SpamAssasin can't perform a dnsbl lookup
it doesn't assume that the response would have been positive...

Are you sure there's not something else up with your DNS configuration?
Maybe Spamhaus have blocked you for exceeding their free lookup limits?
