The Exim specification refers to the "dkim_key_nosubdomaining" variable
(section 54.2). However, this variable does not exist, and will give a panic
log entry indicating '...unknown variable name "dkim_key_nosubdomaining"'.

As far as I can tell this variable is actually named in the code as
"dkim_key_nosubdomains".
