WHY????

Of course, you could run several Exim instances, each with it's own
spool directory. Then you'd let one Master Exim deliver send messages to
the instance with "correct" spool directory. Hey, to make things even
more complex, you can even run those instances as the users owning
/home/<user> directory.

Just kidding. Don't Do It.
