Hello Renaud, my question was for the 27 part from "defer(27)". Anyway,
this error is beyond the smtp codes, it happens when the server
(appendfile transport I guess ?) tries to write the message on the mbox
file. I wrote a copy of the debug message on the first mail.

The online manual describes well the defer, but it doesnt not describes
the meaning of each code.
