Suggested NewStuff phrasing for 4.72:
1. The ClamAV support has been upgraded to use the new INSTREAM protocol
introduced with ClamAV 0.95. If you are (somehow managing to keep) running an
older version of ClamAV but are upgrading Exim, then in Local/Makefile
uncomment WITH_OLD_CLAMAV_STREAM=yes and drop a note to exim-users reporting
the OS, packaging status and how long your requirement is likely to persist
for. We'd like to remove the old code entirely.
