Summary: Using this simple regex : "(?i)ab(?-i)|c" will cause
                    errorcode 23 in pcre_compile
           Product: PCRE
           Version: 7.8
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Windows
            Status: NEW
          Severity: bug
          Priority: medium
         Component: Code
        AssignedTo: ph10@???
        ReportedBy: liuhewei@???
                CC: pcre-dev@???

when I used some kind of regexs just like "(?i)a(?-i)b|c", "(?i)ab(?-i)|c" et.,
PCRE crashed with errorcode 23 in pcre_compile. It seems that if the regex has
some modifier( i,m,s...) at the beginning, and the opposite modifier appears in
the first branch, then this error happens. I have tried PCRE 7.8/7.9/8.0, the
same result...

looking forward to your response, thanks:)
