[exim] Language Identification

Does anyone have a way to identify the language of a message? I tried
SpamAssassin's TextCat and it's just not very accurate. What I would
like to do is give users the option of excluding languages they don't speak.

Would it be possible to spell check a message in several languages and
whatever language returns the least errors is the language of the message?
