[exim] Running a mysql lookup in a pipe transport

Hello,

I'm wanting to do a mysql insert for logging purposes in a Pipe
Transport, but not sure if this is possible, is it? :-)

(I know I could tail/tee the log, but would be neater if it can be done
from the transport itself)
