suggested fix

When producing texinfo docs I get this error message:

[...]
docbook2x-texi filter-info.xml
docbook2texi:/book: no description for directory entry
[...]
xfpt spec.xfpt
./Pre-xml -ascii -html -noindex <spec.xml >spec-info.xml
docbook2x-texi spec-info.xml
docbook2texi:/book: no description for directory entry

and therefore end up with
--------------------
@direntry
* Exim's interfaces to mail filtering: (exim_filtering).
                                                  [MISSING TEXT]
@end direntry
--------------------

(This is also present in
ftp://ftp.exim.org/pub/exim/exim4/exim-texinfo-4.71.tar.bz2.)

Attached patch fixes the "MISSING TEXT" part and also adds a "@dircategory
Mail" line. If you do not like the latter part just drop the <subjectset
scheme="texinfo-directory"> parts.

Disclaimer: I am not a xml/docbok/info guru, this is a copy-and-paste fix.
