I suspect that ancient versions of gnutls reported a tls cipherstring starting
with "TLS-1.0..." or "SSL 3.0...". Newer versions (afaict 2.2.0 and later.
2.2.0 was released 2007-12-14) do away with the dash/space.

Find attached a patch for the testsuite implementing this change.
