[exim] Eximon with Xaw3d

I've compiled eximon and used Xaw3d to get a more consistent use of the
mouse buttons.

All is working except that the queue list is only displayed correctly
the first time. When eximon starts the queue appears in the bottom
panel, but on every update the queue is updated and then scrolled off
the top leaving the panel blank. I can always scroll it back down again
to find out what is there but it would nice to have it fill the panel
nicely.

Has anyone else patched eximon to work with Xaw3d and got it working better?
