[pcre-dev] Warnings from Visual Studio Express 2005

FWIW, I tried building 8.00 in VS Studio Express 2005 the other day.

All is well, but it got a couple of warnings:

..\pcre_exec.c(5568) : warning C4018: '<' : signed/unsigned mismatch
..\pcre_dfa_exec.c(2992) : warning C4018: '<' : signed/unsigned mismatch
