[pcre-dev] PCRE 8.00 released

I have now dealt with all the issues raised by those who tested the 8.00
release candidate. Thanks to everybody who tested. The 8.00 release is
now out:

No doubt other things will arise, but at least I can now go to 8.01 for
minor fixes and so move more slowly towards release 9. :-)
