Let's follow up on those that get mentioned on the list, or have a
working patch.

I'll handle the MIME fix posted by Jakob. Other than that, I'll leave
the stage to you now. :)

We could announce a new RC early next week. I'll also post some DKIM
config examples, so people can start actually using it.
