Perhaps. That's why there is a testing pre-release available now, per
other messages.
If there are bugs/features people feel very strongly should be in 4.70,
get them voted up or produce relevant patches - then they stand a chance
of inclusion.
It is not without irony that the first time in a long time a new release
is discussed, the tone of the discussion turns towards *not* doing a
release because things are missing...
